1. Free Shipping Worldwide

Whether you are ordering a kitchen gadget, a fashion accessory, or a custom-made hand-forged sword, shipping is 100% Free to the United States and Canada.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA to USA & Canada)

For our lifestyle and tech categories—including Home & Kitchen, Fashion & Accessories, Pet Supplies, Cosmetics, and Electric & Electronics—we ship directly from our United States warehouse.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Specialty "Made to Order" Shipping (From Pakistan)

Our Knives, Swords, and Axes are premium, handcrafted tools forged by experts in Pakistan. Because these items are made specifically for you after your purchase:

  • Production & Transit: These items are Made to Order and typically ship and arrive within 15 to 20 working days.

  • Tracking: We will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp as soon as your custom piece is dispatched.

4. Split Shipments

If your order contains items from different categories (for example, an electronic device and a hand-forged axe), they will arrive in separate packages because they ship from different locations. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

While shipping is free, Importsify is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by your local government (primarily for international shipments from Pakistan). Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
