At Importsify, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because we ship from two different global locations, our return policy depends on the type of product you purchased.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return period for eligible items. You must contact us and initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your package. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Items Eligible for Return (USA Shipping)

Returns are only accepted for products shipped from our United States warehouse. This includes:

  • Home and Kitchen products

  • Fashion and Accessories

  • Pet Supplies

  • Cosmetics (must be unopened and unused)

  • Electric and Electronics

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Pakistan Shipping)

Items shipped from Pakistan are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

  • Hand-forged Knives, Swords, and Axes. Because these items are Made to Order specifically for you and involve high international shipping costs, all sales for these products are final.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@importsify.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (573) 307-5228.

  • For damaged swords or axes, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible USA returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
